European Union Restricts United States Travel…Again

The European Union recommended Monday that its 27 nations reinstate restrictions on tourists from the U.S. because of rising coronavirus infections there, but member countries will keep the option of allowing fully vaccinated U.S. travelers in.

Teachers Push Back On Vaccine Mandates

Some of the biggest school systems in the U.S. are taking a hard line with teachers and staff members who are not yet vaccinated against COVID-19: Get a jab or lose your job.

In Oregon, where school staffers statewide are required to be fully vaccinated by Oct. 18, the board for the 7,500-student district of Redmond last week passed a resolution protesting the mandate and mandatory mask-wearing in schools after “significant” opposition.

COVID-19 Vaccination Passports Are Useless

To the “COVID-19 vaccination passport” vs. negative COVID-19 test tomfoolery that has engulfed many concert venues.

To reiterate what I said earlier, let me say it in a simpler way.

EVERYONE CAN STILL GET COVID-19, AND SPREAD COVID-19, AND DIE FROM COVID-19.

But you probably won’t die if you do catch COVID-19.

VACCINATION STATUS DOES NOT MATTER.

Regardless if you’ve had your vaccination shot(s), or if you’re one of those refusing to get a shot at all, you are not actually immune from COVID-19 in either circumstance. Regardless of what you do, the fact of the matter is that you can still be affected by COVID-19.

OLD NEGATIVE COVID-19 TESTS DO NOT MATTER.

Just because you did not have COVID-19 three days ago, it does not mean that you didn’t catch COIVD-19, say on your way home from your COVID-19 test.

So why are we checking COVID-19 vaccination passports or requiring old testing results?

Surgical Face Masks Ineffective in Stopping COVID-19

Most blue surgical face masks used by many during the pandemic are not enough to avoid people from being infected with COVID-19, an alarming new study has found.

The study from the University of Waterloo in Canada showed N95 or KN95 masks did the best job in containing aerosol droplets from the wearer’s mouth.

The blue, cloth surgical masks that have become popular during the pandemic were found be only 10 percent effective as it does not cover the face properly.
